Ibanez GRG7221QA-TKS 7-String Electric Guitar | Transparent Black Sunburst

The Ibanez GRG7221QA-TKS is a purpose-built 7-string electric guitar from the GIO GRG Series, offering extended-range players a genuine Ibanez performance experience at an accessible price point. Finished in a striking Transparent Black Sunburst over a Quilted Maple Art Grain top, this guitar delivers a premium visual presence that immediately sets it apart from typical entry-level 7-string offerings available across the UAE market.
Built around a Poplar body that provides a bright and solid tonal foundation, the GRG7221QA-TKS features a dedicated GRG7 Maple bolt-on neck with a wider 48mm nut width — purpose-designed to accommodate the additional string comfortably while maintaining the fast and stable playing feel the GRG Series is known for. The Bound Purpleheart fretboard adds rich tonal character and visual distinction across all 24 Medium frets on a 25.5-inch scale. Ibanez Infinity R humbuckers at both neck and bridge positions deliver accurate, tight output with excellent dynamics that retain clarity even under heavy gain — a critical quality for 7-string players working in drop tunings and extended low-end registers. The F107 Fixed bridge, designed specifically for 7-string use, enriches sustain and provides easy independent string height adjustment for a reliable and stable hardtail setup. For guitarists across the UAE stepping into extended-range playing for the first time, or experienced players seeking a dependable and visually impressive 7-string workhorse, the GRG7221QA-TKS is a compelling and well-equipped choice
