Ibanez SR505E-BM 5-String Active Bass Guitar | Brown Mahogany

The Ibanez SR505E-BM is a versatile and lightweight 5-string active bass guitar that carries forward the celebrated 30-year legacy of the SR series. Designed for players who want a modern, fast-playing instrument without compromise, this bass is built around a lightweight okoume body that produces a bright, solid tone with excellent resonance. The 5-piece Jatoba/Walnut bolt-on neck with a rosewood fretboard and abalone oval inlays delivers a comfortable, smooth playing experience, while 24 medium frets provide accurate note definition across the full range. The Bartolini BH2 pickups are the standout feature of this instrument, combining a dual-coil configuration with a long blade pole piece for wide, balanced magnetic field coverage — resulting in tight bass response, punchy mid-range clarity, and smooth high-end performance. The Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ with 3-way mid frequency switch and EQ bypass gives players complete tonal control in both active and passive modes. For bass players across the UAE looking for a pro-quality 5-string instrument that balances tone, playability, and value, the SR505E-BM in Brown Mahogany is an outstanding choice.
