We currently deliver to all Emirates within the UAE. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed on the same working day. Orders after 2:00 PM are processed the next working day.

Estimated delivery within the UAE is 1–3 working days, depending on:

• Product availability
• Delivery location
• Courier schedules

Custom or special-order items may require additional time — our team will notify you.

Orders below AED 100 may incur a delivery fee, shown at checkout.

Same-day delivery may be available within Dubai for selected products and areas, subject to:

• Product availability
• Courier availability
• Confirmation by our support team

All orders are delivered via trusted local courier partners. Once dispatched, customers may receive tracking details (if provided by the courier).

A re-delivery charge may apply if the courier is unable to deliver due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• No one available to receive the package
• Customer unresponsive to courier communication

Please inspect items at delivery. If damaged or incorrect:

• Report to support within 48 hours
• Provide photos/videos if possible

Late damage claims may not be accepted.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Harmony House Trading LLC covers the return shipping cost.

Change of mind: The customer bears the return shipping cost.
