The Walnut-reinforced Mahogany neck features Cort’s Comfort C Shape and is paired with an Ebony fingerboard with 20 frets and hand-treated fret edges for an exceptionally smooth playing feel. The 15.75-inch (R400) fingerboard radius, Genuine Bone nut, Ebony bridge, and Ebony bridge pins contribute to the instrument’s refined construction. Padauk binding with Maple purfling continues along the fingerboard, complementing the custom Abalone and Mother-of-Pearl inlays, while the Cocobolo headplate and Grover Gold Open Gear tuning machines add distinctive Gold Series detailing.
The Fishman Flex Blend System combines an under-saddle pickup with an internal microphone for amplified performance, with Volume, Tone, Blend, and built-in Tuner controls for convenient sound shaping. The hand-scalloped X-bracing uses Torrefied Adirondack Spruce, while the sonically enhanced UV finish is designed to allow the wood to vibrate more freely.
