DUAL INPUTS WITH SWITCHABLE FET AND TUBE PREAMP BLEND — Two instrument inputs allow seamless connection of multiple basses, while selectable and blendable FET and Tube input stages provide everything from clean, articulate response to warm, harmonically rich bass tones. Input 2 includes a trim control for matching output levels between instruments.

THREE-BAND EQ WITH PARAMETRIC MID AND SIGNATURE TILT CONTROL — A powerful three-band EQ with parametric mid control provides precise tonal shaping, while the signature TILT control offers quick overall tonal adjustment. Independent Master Volume lets players shape preamp character while maintaining precise control of final output level.

DUAL LA·IR-ENABLED DI OUTPUTS FOR MULTI-INSTRUMENT SETUPS — Two dedicated DI outputs route each instrument through the preamp independently, with the active DI output switching automatically when the selected bass is changed, providing flexible direct connectivity for professional live and studio applications.

REMOTE INPUT SELECTION AND STAGE-READY CONTROL DESIGN — Input selection can be controlled from the front panel or remotely using an optional footswitch, while low-reflectivity control knobs improve visibility under stage lighting. The Laney DB-EAST Nathan East Digbeth Bass Amplifier Head is a powerful 1000-watt bass amplifier designed for professional bassists across the UAE who need exceptional output, tonal flexibility, and advanced connectivity from a compact, road-ready head. Finished in Black, the DB-EAST features a dual-channel FET and Tube preamp with Mix control, allowing the two tonal characters to be blended for everything from clean, articulate modern bass tones to warm, harmonically rich vintage sounds. With two independent 500W RMS outputs at a minimum 4-ohm load each, two instrument inputs with remote switching, and an additional gain trim matching control on Input 2, the DB-EAST provides the power and flexibility required for rehearsals, live performances, touring, and professional studio applications.

Comprehensive tone shaping comes from Bass, Middle, Treble, and Tilt controls, with the Middle section featuring a selectable preshape voice for additional tonal flexibility. Two dedicated LA·IR-equipped DI outputs follow each input and provide independent Pre/Post settings and Ground Lift, allowing direct connection to PA systems, mixing consoles, or recording interfaces. The free LA·IR app enables users to load their own impulse responses and customize DI EQ, while two speakON-compatible outputs also support 6.3mm jack connections for flexible speaker cabinet setups. A USB Type-C connection provides Audio In/Out functionality and supports LA·IR app connectivity, making the DB-EAST a highly versatile professional bass head for modern live and studio environments.
